GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Terms of Agreement
   If you continue to browse and use this website and/or attend our classes, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Genysis Studios™’s relationship with you in relation to this website and our service(s). If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website/services.
   The term ‘Genysis Studios™’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the business, the directors, its staff, and its contractors – whose registered office is: Genysis Studios, 40 Church Road London SE19 2ET, United Kingdom. The term ‘you’ and ‘I’ refers to the client, member, user or viewer of our website.
   We reserve the right to change any information on this site at any time, to include, but not be limited to, class times, locations, teachers, terms and conditions and prices.

2. Liability Waiver
   All new clients will be required to read and sign the liability waiver prior to beginning their first session. This waiver and release form is mandatory, and any injuries or medical conditions must be notified in writing via email to Info@genysis-studio.com.

3. Expiry of Pricing Options
   Introductory offers purchased must be redeemed within 1 month of activation. The 30 consecutive days will commence from the client’s first visit. Expiry for class passes will only be extended if the student has sustained an injury or medical condition and can provide sufficient proof.

4. Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Strictly no refunds.

5. Disclaimer Acceptance
   Before you take your first session with us we will require acceptance of the following statement:

‘I understand that, while the utmost care is taken, neither the individual teachers, Genysis Studios, nor the venue will be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice or use of the venue, nor any loss or damage to personal belongings.
I understand that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with the knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death
I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify the teacher of any illness or injury before the start of every fitness session and I will not perform any posture to the extent of strain or pain.
I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Genysis Studios™, its instructors or its members for any injury, property loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.’

This statement applies to every class, personal training session, workshop and event you take with us. If this statement is not accepted, admission to the class will be refused and any monies paid in advance will not be refunded.

1. Injury / Pregnancy / Medical conditions
   It is the members responsibility to inform the teacher of any injury/pregnancy/medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise it is advisable that you consult a doctor or physician before attending class.

2. Alcohol / Drugs
   Members should not practise under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and will result in immediate dismissal from the class.

3. Right to Refuse
   We reserve the right to refuse entry to the class. We reserve the right to dismiss a member from the premises at any time at the teacher’s discretion with no refund being issued.

4. Clothing
   Please wear clean and comfortable exercise clothing and clean trainers, please also bring a water bottle and towel.

5. Privacy Policy
   In any contact you make with us to include the new member form, we will use your email address to contact you regarding important class updates and special offers. You can unsubscribe to this email service at any time by selecting the unsubscribe button at the base of the email.

6. Online Payments
   Online payments are provided by the payments service provider Wellnessliving which uses Paysafe and Barclays. By using this service, you agree that Genysis Studios™ is not responsible for the capture of personal and/or financial data.

9. Cancellation Policy
   If you can no longer attend a booked class, please log in to your account and cancel the class within 8 hours.

For Unlimited passes, Failure to attend a booked class two times in a one-month period will result in a charge for a drop-in session being deducted from your account.
