Our Studio becomes your local GYM
Apart from early mornings and evenings, there is a lot of spare time when our studio is not being used, so please do take advantage and make us you local Gym. Perfect for those working from home or for use on the weekends.

We have cardio, strength and conditioning equipment, and limit the amount of members at any one time so you should be able to get your desired training in. Take advantage of our 4 station cable multi-gym, climbing frame, rings, treadmill, or just come and hit the boxing bags.
