ALEXANDER PHILLIP

Strength and Conditioning Trainer, Boxing coach, Sports massage Therapist

Alex is a UKSCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience developing athletes and clients from grassroots to elite-professional level.

 

A former infantry soldier and competitive Thaiboxer, he brings discipline, focus, and real-world experience to his coaching.

​

He has led high-performance programs for athletes in boxing, football, and tennis — including supporting Crystal Palace FC Women’s Academy, developing Olympic-level boxers, and working with tennis players competing on the world-stage.

 

Alongside his work in sport, Alex is a highly experienced personal trainer who applies the same evidence-based principles to the general public — helping clients improve health and longevity, manage weight, recover from injury, and build sustainable fitness. He is also a qualified sports massage therapist with expertise in injury prevention allowing him to integrate holistic training and recovery strategies in to every programme.

Beyond coaching, Alex mentors practitioners, delivers coach education, and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to maximise athletic performance and physical robustness. Passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential, he combines cutting-edge science with practical, real-world experience both in and out of the gym.
